Ready, Set, Goal requests permission to read data from Apple Health to automatically track your progress. This may include:

• Sleep analysis and mindfulness minutes

• Water intake and nutrition data

Important: All Apple Health data is read directly on your device and never transmitted to our servers or any third parties. Your health data remains completely private and under your control.

App Store Analytics

Our app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally on the device and we do not transmit any data, our app is safe for users of all ages.
