By downloading, installing, or using our applications (WOD Calculator and Strength Balance, collectively "the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The Apps are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by the Apps.

We are not fitness coaches, personal trainers, or medical professionals. The Apps provide tools for tracking and calculating fitness-related data only. You should consult with your own qualified fitness coach or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program or making changes to your training routine.

If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms during or after exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the Apps is entirely at your own risk. We provide the Apps "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Apps will meet your specific requirements
• The Apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Apps will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Apps will be corrected

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you use the Apps and any consequences that may result from such use.

4. Data Loss and Backups

We are not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to workout records, calculations, progress tracking, or any other information stored in the Apps. Data loss may occur due to:

• Device failure, loss, or damage
• Software updates or bugs
• User error or deletion
• Operating system issues
• App uninstallation or reinstallation

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any important data. We strongly recommend regularly exporting or recording your data outside of the Apps.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or death
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Apps
• Damages resulting from any errors or omissions in the Apps
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
